Dr. Gracia Chan, under the name of the “Bite Rod Tiger Home Shield Pest Aid Volunteer Program”, provides free services and products, including pest control, disinfection, and environmental hygiene products to organizations and individuals in need:

• Animal Shelter or Stray Animals Rescue Organization
• lone elderly (referrals can be made through social workers, volunteer organisations, and district councilors)
• Low-income families (referrals can be made through social workers, volunteer organisations, and district councilors)
